Malvina Winston is an entrepreneur and business leader with experience spanning publishing, software implementation and business operations.
A graduate of the Royal Agricultural University, United Kingdom, Malvina brings an international perspective to Manna Analytics and a strong understanding of how organisations adopt and use technology in real operating environments.
Before leading Manna Analytics, she gained experience with i-Manager Publications Limited, giving her direct exposure to scholarly publishing operations and the challenges publishers face across editorial, production and business processes. She has also worked with software organisations as part of implementation teams, contributing to the translation of business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Her experience across both operational businesses and software implementation has influenced Manna's customer-first approach: technology should fit the organisation, simplify work and create measurable operational value rather than introduce additional complexity.
At Manna Analytics, Malvina leads the company's overall business direction, growth strategy, customer engagement and expansion into new markets and industries.
Joe Winston
Joe Winston brings more than 20 years of experience in software, spanning software development, implementation, product strategy and business-process automation.
Over the course of his career, he has worked across the design and implementation of business applications and has been involved in building software businesses and technology solutions for organisations with complex operational requirements.
His experience spans areas including publishing, business applications, workflow automation, supply chain, customer management and enterprise software, providing the practical foundation behind Manna's modular platform strategy.
Joe has played a central role in shaping Manna's product architecture and its approach to industry automation. Rather than building isolated applications for individual departments, the Manna platform is designed to connect business functions through common data, configurable workflows and automation.
The development of Manna Manuscript reflects this approach. What began as the challenge of managing complex scholarly publishing workflows expanded into a connected environment covering manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, research integrity, production, publication and distribution. That experience now informs Manna's broader vision for connected business automation across multiple industries.
His focus is on translating real operational problems into practical software products that organisations can adopt progressively rather than through disruptive, all-at-once transformation.
