Crossref, DOAJ & ORCID Metadata Synchronization Setup

1. Establishing Crossref Credentials
Navigate to Settings > Indexing Connectors within Manna Manuscript. Enter your Crossref Depositor Username, Password, and assigned DOI prefix.
Enable test deposit mode to verify XML schema compatibility against Crossref sandbox environments before activating live deposits.
2. ORCID Author Token Authentication
Enable the ORCID OAuth integration to allow corresponding authors and co-authors to authenticate their identifiers during submission.
Upon article publication, Manna automatically pushes publication metadata into each author's authenticated ORCID record.
